The questions guests ask before booking
- Is this the same apartment as on Airbnb?
- Yes — exactly the same two homes, the same calendar, the same host. Booking here just removes the platform's fee from your total.
- How do I check in?
- Both flats have self check-in with a lockbox, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Check-in is from 4pm and checkout is at 10am. You'll get the code and step-by-step directions by email before you travel.
- Can I pay by card?
- Yes. Payment is taken by Stripe, the same payment provider used by most major booking sites. We never see or store your card details.
- What if I need something during my stay?
- Message or call us — we answer quickly, in English or French. Anything extra you agree with us can be paid securely through the add-ons page.
- Is there parking?
- In Sanary-sur-Mer a private parking space is included in the price — a rarity there in summer. In Praia das Maçãs there is street parking right outside the door.
- How many people can stay?
- Praia das Maçãs sleeps two and is built for couples. Sanary-sur-Mer sleeps up to four, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a proper sofa bed in the living room.
- Are there stairs?
- Yes, and neither building has a lift. Sanary-sur-Mer is on the first floor, which is an easy climb. Praia das Maçãs is on the fourth — worth knowing if you travel with heavy luggage.
- Can I bring my dog, or have a party?
- Neither, sorry — both homes are no pets, no smoking and no events. They sit in lived-in buildings with neighbours we care about.
